Body & Brain Yoga Tai Chi

Have you been curious about Tai Chi, or been wanting to get back into your practice? Join us for our Open Class on Saturday, May 18th, from 1:30-3:00pm.
No experience needed, please wear loose and comfortable clothing that covers your body well (no shorts or sleevless tops), and also socks.
When considering Tai Chi and QiGong training, it is helpful to think of Tai Chi as a 'tree branch' from the 'tree trunk' of QiGong. Tai Chi roughly translated means 'martial art'. QiGong means 'energy exercise'. In Tai Chi we practice a specific set of movements which makes up tai chi forms. In Qigong we use movements and postures to develop our internal energy. Both forms of training have tremendous physical, mental, and even spiritual benefits.
