Wyckoff Honors Longtime Volunteer with New Ambulance

50-year volunteer's name is on the new ambulance's door.

Residents can now see a prominent reminder of the service of longtime Wyckoff Ambulance Corps volunteer Joseph Buis, thanks to a dedication on a new township ambulance.

According to a release from the township, the Ambulance Corps recently dedicated its new rig to Buis by writing his name on the door of the cab. Buis is being honored for 50 years of service to the corps.

Buis has been on the corps since 1964, and is still serving the township.
