Real Housewife Eyes Move Back to Franklin Lakes
Real Housewives of New Jersey star Melissa Gorga is struggling to sell her Montville home, but says once she does, her sights are set on a new house in the borough.
Even for a Real Housewife, it's a tough real estate market.
In a sneak preview clip of an upcoming Real Housewives episode posted online by Bravo, Housewives star Melissa Gorga and her husband Joe meet with a realtor to discuss selling their current home, and are told that after six unmoving months on the market their Montville mansion may be overpriced.
Gorga wrote in her Bravo blog that the couple sticks by the $3.8 million price tag on the mansion, but examiner.com reported that the reality TV star is anxious to move on a sale and get away from the Guidice family, with whom the couple has had a televised feud over the show's last few seasons.

"Listen Jerry," Gorga tells real estate agent Jerry Sahlman, "it's now or never. We gotta do it this year, Jerry! Sell my house!"
On her blog, Gorga denies that the stars' tumultuous relationship is the primary cause for the move from her house, which was custom-built by her husband.

Either way, she wrote, the couple is adamant about leaving Montville behind before their daughters reach high school. And their eyes are set on Franklin Lakes, where co-star Caroline Manzo currently resides.
"Yes, we built. Yes, we love it," Gorga wrote on the blog, referring to her Montville home. "And we'll do it again. We'll love our next home even more. We already found the perfect lot in Franklin Lakes, where we lived when we got married and have wanted to return to."
