Meet Your New Editor, Wyckoff Patch

Jessica Mazzola, the editor of the Mahwah Patch, is moving over to work in Wyckoff-Franklin Lakes, too!

The Wyckoff-Franklin Lakes Patch has a new editor!

My name is Jessica Mazzola, and starting Monday morning, I'll be taking over as editor of the Wyckoff Patch! Our previous editor, Devin McGinley, is heading over to the Ridgewood Patch to run that site.

I have been with Patch since the end of 2010, when I launched the Mahwah Patch, which I still run. A year ago, I launched the Ramsey Patch, and now I am excited to start working in Wyckoff and Franklin Lakes.

Before coming to Patch nearly three years ago, I worked in local radio journalism as an on-air reporter for about three years, and am extremely passionate about catering to a local community. I am a graduate of Fordham University's Honors Program, and double majored in Journalism and Political Science.

Over the next few weeks, I plan to be all around town, learning the ins and outs of Wyckoff and Franklin Lakes - what all of the big issues are, what's important for readers to know everyday, and what you want to see on Patch.

So, got a suggestion or a news tip? Want to say hi? Feel free to reach out to me anytime, at either jessica.mazzola@patch.com, or 201-706-1984.

I look forward to seeing you around town!
