Real Housewives Melissa Gorga and Kathy Wakile host evening at Venetian in Garfield.
The Venetian in Garfield was the fashionable place to be Thursday night as Posh Boutique in Montville staged a dress and bikini fashion event hosted by "Real Housewives of NJ" stars Melissa Gorga and Kathy Wakile. The sold-out event included a number of vendors with an array of products from "Sparkle," custom-made shoes to hand-dipped berries. The evening included a dinner and opportunities to rub elbows with business owners, designers, entrepreneurs and reality TV celebrities. Among the reality TV celebrities attending the event were "Chicago Mob Wife" Nora Scheihs and from "Jerseylicious," Jacqueline Bianchi. "Without them, there would not be any Posh," said owner Jairo Arias. "I've gotten such great support from Melissa Gorga and …

After months of speculation and rumors, a former exotic dancer reveals themselves...
After five months, season four of “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” ended Sunday night as the women continued to argue about their relationships with one another. The topic of who used to take their clothes off for money just wouldn’t die. Even the women’s husbands were dragged into the conversation when they were brought out. “What’s wrong with being a stripper?” Joe Gorga asked. And then the truth came out: “Joe, I heard you were a dancer of the Chippendales variety,” host Andy Cohen said. “Absolutely,” Gorga said, adding that he performed in a thong. In fact, everyone made it pretty clear it was the lying between cast mates, and not the stripping, that they were concerned about. Later, Gorga said: “If my wife was a stripper, OK. But …

Did Teresa conspire to out Melissa's past?
This week’s “Real Housewives of New Jersey” featured an alleged setup and a whole lot of intrigue as details from the past and present were revealed. Last week, Angleo, a mysterious worker at a hair salon Teresa had never been to before told Teresa that her sister-in-law Melissa “danced” (i.e. stripped) for him many years ago at a gentlemen’s club in Elizabeth. Giudice said she did not want to hear it and left the room, while friend and Posche owner Kim DePaola — Kim D. — pumped Angelo for more information. For some reason, Angelo was also at Kim’s fashion show later that night, and came up to Melissa Gorga to say hello. “I know I know him but I don’t know where he’s from,” Gorga said. Giudice looked very uncomfortable. When Gorga got up …

"The Real Housewives of New Jersey" star Melissa Gorga has more to be proud of lately than just releasing a new single and continuing the singing career she launched on the show. Her 4-year-old son, Gino Gorga was just voted the winner of iVillage's "Cutest Reality Kids" contest. Gorga tops the list which includes several other Bravo show stars' kids, including Portia Umansky, daughter of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Kyle Richards, and Bryn Hoppy, daughter of Bethenny Frankel. Other kids on the list include Mason Disick, who came in at No. 3, and the now infamous "Toddlers & Tiaras" star Alana Thompson, also known as "Honey Boo Boo," who came in at No. 8. Gorga's cousin, 6-year-old Milania Giudice was rated at No. 9 out of …

Real Housewives asks the questions we thought no one had to ask: Was one cast member employed at an Elizabeth gentleman's club?
“The Real Housewives of New Jersey” aired the first part of its season finale on Sunday night after explosive months of capital-D Drama. As the episode opens, Melissa Gorga is preparing for a meeting with a vice president of a New York music company with her makeup artist George Mibuel when the mysterious Kim D. calls her. Who is Kim D? For reasons never quite made clear on the show, the owner of Posche Boutique in Wayne and the infamous Kim G.’s sister-in-law has appeared in every season of “The Real Housewives.” Her annual Posche Fashion Show caused drama in 2009, when former Housewife Danielle Staub was famously attacked by Jacqueline Laurita’s daughter Ashlee, and 2010, when Teresa Giudice and cousin Kathy Wakile got into a shouting …

The cast rehashes the drama of last episode.
This week’s “Real Housewives” picked up the drama from the pre-Labor Day-break episode, in which Teresa Giudice and Caroline Manzo had an explosive argument about the events of this and the previous season and featured the long-anticipated (and somewhat anti-climatic) return of Dina Manzo. First, however, the audience was treated to a nostalgic dose of cuteness as Teresa and her sister-in-law Melissa Gorga got their kids off to school. It was Antonia Gorga and Gabriela Giudice’s first day of first grade, Gia Giudice’s first day of fifth grade, and Milania Giudice’s first day of kindergarten. Teresa was worried about “RHoNJ” breakout star Milania’s first day, but not in the traditional sense. “I’m worried about what’s going to come out of …

Warning: Spoilers ahead. If you were hoping that by the end of this season of "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" all the fighting housewives would make up and be best friends forever, think again. In fact, the Huffington Post reported Teresa Giudice has not spoken to any of the castmates, not even brother her brother Joe, sister-in-law Melissa Gorga, and cousin Kathy Wakile since filming wrapped last year. The last time the women or their husbands talked to Giudice was on the "Watch What Happens Live" Reunion Show, which airs after the season finale on Bravo. The castmates have all taken issue with Giudice this season. Caroline Manzo's gripe began at the conclusion of last season when Giudice wrote what Manzo considered to be disparaging …

Two of Montville's favorite "housewives" may have some home maintenance to do if they want to get their homes off a list of "The 10 Ugliest McMansions in New Jersey." The homes of Towaco resident Teresa Giudice and Montville Township resident Melissa Gorga, both stars on the Bravo reality television show "The Real Housewives of New Jersey," rank ninth and tenth on the Complex.com list. Despite critics finding the house to be "ugly," last year, the Gorga home was amongst the most viewed homes in the country, according to real estate website Zillow. is 13,500 square feet, features six bedrooms and six-and-a-half bathrooms. It sits on 2.2 acres and was last assessed at $1.5 million, with property taxes amounting to $52,108.33 in 2011, …

Giudice and Laurita's friendly chat quickly turns angry.
This week’s “Real Housewives of New Jersey” episode went right back to what the show does best: drama, fighting and lots and lots of screaming. The Wakiles and the Gorgas took almost a complete back seat as Jacqueline Laurita, of Franklin Lakes, decided to finally confront Teresa Giudice, a Towaco resident, about the numerous tabloid covers that have featured her over the course of the season. Laurita discussed her worries with husband, Chris. “Jacqueline’s hurt,” Chris said. “I’m very worried because she expects everyone to be as good of a person as she is and that doesn’t always happen.” “Listen, I’m not a therapist but just ask her,” he said to his wife. “Eventually, the truth comes out, right?” Laurita asked Giudice to come over. When …

Teresa's daughter, Gia, provides drama this week
This week’s “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” centered on, of all things, a tantrum thrown by an 11-year-old. This may seem fairly run-of-the-mill for an adolescent girl, but of course, in Jersey, it blows up, resulting in an adult-centered tantrum. Gia Giudice has grown up on camera, and clearly feels very comfortable around them. She seems to have no qualms, for example, asking her mother to go bra shopping with her in front of her three younger sisters, a camera crew, and Bravo’s late-night audience. “I can’t believe I’m talking about this because my parents are old school and my mom never talked about any of that,” Teresa said. She tells Gia she does not need a bra, but Gia insists that she does. When Teresa tells her husband, Joe, …
