Jewelry Store Owner's Call Leads to Arrest of 4 Brooklyn Men
The men, all in their 20s, were charged with crimes including possession of stolen property and theft.
A quick-thinking Wyckoff business owner who saw something that made him uncomfortable outside his business last week called the Wyckoff Police Department, and before the night was through cops had arrested four Brooklyn men on multiple charges including theft and possession of stolen property. On Thursday, Jan. 3 at 5:30 p.m., the owner of Hartger's Jewelers reported a suspicious vehicle in his parking lot with New York license plates, according to Wyckoff Police Chief Benjamin Fox. The vehicle drove away and was located in the lot of the Wyckoff Avenue Walgreen's. Sgt. Michael Ragucci and Patrolman Kevin Kasak responded, approaching the car.
