Wyckoff Has Its Own Bakery Again

Sugarflake Bakery offers delicious treats at its newly-opened Franklin Avenue location.

Wipe away your tears, Wyckoff, there’s a new bakery in town. Sugarflake Bakery is new to Wyckoff, but definitely not new to the dessert business. The family-owned bakery has been operating locations in both Westwood and Fair Lawn for many years, and recently opened up its third location on Franklin Avenue in the township. The bakery’s owner, Aimee Leyva, told the Patch it was her husband who first got into the business. “My husband owned bakeries with his parents and they’ve owned bakeries since the 60s," she said.
