The Wyckoff Planning Board is a land use board that acts on applications for subdivision approval, non-residential site plan approval and conditional use approval.
If a variance is needed, such as when an application deviates from township code, the application is referred to the Zoning Board of Adjustment.
The Wyckoff Zoning Board of Adjustment hears land use applications that need special waivers, or variances, because their intended uses are not permitted under township zoning laws.
Both are volunteer boards whose members are appointed by the Township Committee.
