Wyckoff Municipal Court

The township's municipal court, presided over by Judge Russel B. Teschon, hears the cases of those accused of violating Wyckoff ordinances, and has jurisdiction over potential traffic violations, fish and game, weights and measures and disorderly persons offenses.
Indictable offenses are referred to the Bergen County Prosecutor's Office, although they could be downgraded and sent to Wyckoff Municipal Court.
Mark R. DiMaria serves as prosecutor, and Robert A. Fortunato serves as public defender.
- Hours: Violations Bureau hours: Mon - Fri, 9am - 4:30pm; Sat, Sun, closed. Court sessions: 6:30pm on the first Thursday and third and fourth Wednesdays of the month.
