It’s shaping up to be a busy week in Wyckoff-Franklin Lakes. Here’s a look at some events happening this week, and some of the stories you can expect to see on Patch. And, if there’s something else you’d like to see on the site this week, be sure to email it to Jessica.firstname.lastname@example.org.
Ramapo Indian Hills is the only district in Wyckoff-Franklin Lakes that is heading back to school this week, albeit not until Friday. The district will be starting with some changes this year, including a new interim Superintendent.
The RIH Board of Education, however, is also working on a policy that looks pretty far ahead – all the way to graduation. Check Patch this week for news about a new policy the board is discussing, inspired by events at last year’s graduation ceremony.
The garbage pick-up schedule is changing in Wyckoff starting Tuesday. Check Patch this week for all of the details.
Rosh Hashanah is also this week. Check Patch for a run down of local synagogue schedules and everything you need to know to observe the holiday locally.
Plus, we’ve got some local business news this week. One local mom has opened her own business, and one local businesswoman has made a big donation. Check Patch this week to find out more about both.
