Reader Photo: Cheerleaders Raise Big Bucks with First Car Wash

Nearly 100 girls are Franklin Lakes War Eagles Cheerleaders.

The Franklin Lakes War Eagles Cheerleaders just organized their first car wash. The girls worked hard, washing more than 75 cars and raising more than $2,500. The money will be used toward purchasing cheer equipment and apparel that is beyond the Recreation budget.

The cheerleading program is made up of nearly 100 girls ages 7 to 14 years old.
