Ramapo High School's Matt Osieja Commits to Play Baseball at Quinnipiac

Matt Osieja of , has verbally committed to attend Quinnipiac University on scholarship to play baseball for the 2013 school year.

Osieja, a 5-foot-10, 185-pounder left handed pitcher, led Ramapo to the Big North Title and a berth in the Bergen County Semi-Finals. He received All Bergen County and All Big North Conference honors for 2012. Matt has been playing club ball for Baseball U since last August.

He recently was the winning pitcher when the team won the NorthEast Qualifier No. 1 to earn a free bid to Jupiter, Fla., in October.
