Three members of the Ramapo Indian Hills Board of Education that resigned earlier this year have been replaced.
According to a NorthJersey.com report, Teresa Kilday of Oakland and Thomas Madigan and David Becker, both of Wyckoff, were recently sworn in as board members and will serve unexpired terms through the end of the year.
The three were selected from a pool of 13 candidates who interviewed for the vacant spots on the board at a meeting last month, the report said. The three replace three board members who resigned in April.
According to the report, all three new board members are active in the community – Kilday is a past Dogwood Hill PTA/PTO president and currently serves on the Oakland Public Library Board of Trustees; Madigan is a previous RIH board member and current Wyckoff Planning Board members; and Becker has served on the board of the Christian Health Care Foundation, Wyckoff Parks and Recreation Foundation and Cornerstone Christian Church.
Of the nine seats on the RIH Board of Education, six will be up for election this November, the report said.
