MAD4Kids Announces 2013 Fundraiser

The student-run charity group will host another event in April.

A school-based group dedicated to raising money for charity has announced its 2013 fundraiser and beneficiaries.

MAD4kids has chosen April 25 as the date for this year's event to raise money for Girl Up and Liters of Light.

The group, which meets weekly in teacher Lori Ebanetti's Eisenhower Middle School classroom, is responsible for everything the group does: setting it's own goals, publicity, graphic design, finding sponsors, publishing literature on the event.

Everything.

Last year the MAD4kids fundraiser was in support of Girl Up and Invisible Children. They created an ad book featuring vendors, a raffle and more.
