Norman is a 60-year-old mouse who is named after his great-great-grandfather Norman Mousebeard. He always wears a top hat and bow tie; his greatest hobby is drawing, and he paints many self-portraits. Norman lives in a tin can behind the sink; whenever he ventures out from behind the sink, he almost gets stepped on. He dreams that one day he won’t be a mouse that everyone’s afraid of. Over time, Norman grows from being a shy mouse to one with a lot of courage.
