Wyckoff Returns to Once-a-Week Trash Pick-Up

There is a limit on the number of trash bins that can be placed curbside each week, but not on the number of recycling bins.

Wyckoff’s trash pick-up schedule is changing. Beginning Tuesday, the township will return to once-a-week pick-up, the town announced on its municipal website.

The schedule will remain in effect throughout the fall, winter, and summer. Twice-a-week pick-up will return in July 2014, the release said.

Every-week curbside pick-up of single stream recyclables continues. Whereas there is an eight-container limit on trash per week, there is no limit on the number of recycling containers that can be picked up. Recyclables can also be dropped off at the Recycling Center, locate at 475 West Main Street, Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
