Township Committee to Vote on Four Ordinances Tuesday

The Wyckoff Township Committee is scheduled to vote on four new ordinances at their meeting tonight, including two which will accept a total of for public improvements.

Another ordinance will bring local land use procedures up to date with the state Municipal Land Use Law, which was amended earlier this year. The new law makes it so that any new application will need to meet regulations at the time it is submitted but not any that are added after.

The final ordinance will allow for alteration to the intersection fo Liberty Street and Girard Avenue for utility right of way.
