Wyckoff Police Charge Former Doctor With Burglaries
Wyckoff Police said they found stolen bikes, decorations and a laptop in the woman's home.
A former doctor who practiced medicine in her house without a license was responsible for a series of burglaries in the area around her Crescent Avenue home, Wyckoff Police said.
Lisa Cannon, 46, was arrested Friday and charged with four counts of burglary, four counts of theft of property from the exterior of a residence, two counts of possession of stolen property and one count of practicing medicine without a license, police said.
Cannon held a medical license until June, when she was listed as inactive.

According to a police report, Cannon had a stolen laptop, bicycles and outdoor decorations, including patio furniture and a large terra cotta planter in her home. She had also been selling 50/50 raffle tickets to support a nonexistent organiztion, according to police.
She was committed to Bergen County Jail in default of a $50,000 bail.
