Wyckoff Man Indicted After Allegedly Threatening to Kill Uncle in Mahwah, Report Says

Cops say the man threatened his uncle with a Glock handgun after a verbal and physical fight.

According to the report, Joshua Bushman, 26, was indicted on three counts – threatening to kill his uncle, possessing a Glock .40-caliber handgun for an unlawful purpose, and possessing a gun without a carry permit.

Police reports at the time said the Bushman allegedly got into a verbal and physical fight with his uncle at a home he was renovating on Feb. 11 in North Haledon. When the uncle left to go to Bushman’s father’s business in Mahwah, Bushman allegedly followed and continued the fight, shouted profanities, and lifted up his sweatshirt to reveal a Glock handgun that was tucked in his pants waistband, police said.
