[UPDATE] Utility Work Likely to Snarl Wyckoff Traffic

PSEG gas main replacement on Wyckoff Ave. expected to take 13 days

[Updated 2:30 p.m., May 15: Due to inclement weather, PSEG has revised the day road work would begin.]

The township said traffic would be affected starting Friday, May 18, as PSEG crews and contrators replace a gas main on Wyckoff Avenue.

Motorists should anticipate delays and plan for extra travel time or plan an alternate route, according to the township.

If weather cooperates work would continue through Thursday, June 7, the utility company told township officials. Inclement weather or unforeseen conditions may require PSEG to extend the job.

Work will be performed Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
