On January 26 at 12:14am, Wyckoff Police responded to Route 208 north near Cedar Hill Avenue on a report of a motor vehicle crash. Ptl. Brian Zivkovich found a vehicle that had driven off the highway and was on top of a snow bank.
The subsequent investigation lead to the arrest of the driver, Howard E. Goodman, 60, of Franklin Lakes, who was charged with driving while intoxicated and reckless driving. He was released to his wife and will appear in municipal court.
On February 4 at 1:56am, a motorist flagged down a Wyckoff Police car to report that they had been following an erratic driver which on Radcliffe Street. The vehicle was stopped and 23-year-old Michael J. Pfister of Wyckoff was charged with driving while intoxicated and careless driving. He was released and is scheduled to appear in municipal court on March 3.
