Senior Citizen Killed in Christmas Eve Crash, Police Say

Wyckoff police say they do not know what caused the Sicomac Avenue crash.

A 76-year-old North Haledon woman was killed in a one-car accident in Wyckoff on Christmas Eve, Chief Benjamin Fox said this week. Police have identified the victim as Loralee Quinn.

According to Fox, Quinn was driving her 2013 Toyota Sienna east on Sicomac Avenue at about 10:35 p.m. Tuesday when she drove off the road near the Hawthorne border and struck a utility pole.

Wyckoff Ambulance transported Quinn to St. Joseph’s hospital, where she was pronounced dead, police said.
