On Sunday, two women reported their unlocked cars were burglarized while parked at 795 Franklin Ave. According to police, handbags containing the ladies' wallets, identification and cash were stolen. The women were from Dover and Boonton and both crimes occurred during daylight hours. Lt. Donald Osenbruck and Officer Andrew Cacciatore investigated.
