Daniel Joseph Scancarella, age 21, of Franklin Lakes, passed away on February 14 at his residence.
Beloved son of Janice Thomas and Neil D. Scancarella Sr. Dear brother of Denise (Scancarella) Candido and her husband Andrea, Katie, Neil Jr., John and James Scancarella. Grandson of Julia Scancarella and Margaret (nee Thomas) and George Cubbedge. Dear and beloved nephew of Tim, Cubbedge, Jacqueline and Walter Gerold. Beloved cousin of Julia (Maroon) Mahar, Marissa (Chrisitan) Hahn and godson of Christopher (Sandra) Gerold.
Daniel graduated Indian Hills High School in 2011 and was attending Pace University in New York City.
Daniel will be sadly missed by family and many friends. His beautiful smile will always live in our hearts.
He was predeceased by his grandfather, Jack Scancarella. A Funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, February 18. Memorial contributions in Daniel’s memory may be made to St. Jude’s Tribute Program, P.O. Box 1000, Dept. 142, Memphis, TN 38148.
