Allendale resident Lani Bonifacic, LCSW, Social Worker at Ramapo Ridge Psychiatric Hospital at Christian Health Care Center (CHCC) in Wyckoff, was recently honored as a Legend Quarterly All Star. Staff of CHCC is invited to nominate co-workers as Legends as part of the Center’s service-excellence initiative. A Legend is someone who exemplifies the mission and values of CHCC in an outstanding and easily recognizable manner, who contributes exemplary service for the benefit of those served at CHCC and beyond, or who demonstrates behavior above and beyond expectations. Ms. Bonifacic was nominated by Nancy Maphis, Long-term Care Admissions Coordinator, and Kimberli Abbood, Long-term Care Admissions Director.

“Lani is a shining example of goodness,” said Ms. Abbood. “She is never without a smile or a kind word. Her genuine care and interest in making a difference to those we serve is refreshing and inspiring.”

“Lani is amazing,” said Ms. Maphis. “She is always looking out for Christian Health Care Center residents and clients. She has energy that is endless, is always
positive, and is a real advocate for every client. Smiling and friendly, she
goes above and beyond from the minute she steps through the door. I have a
feeling that when she leaves at the end of the day, she is still thinking about
how she could improve and enrich everyone’s lives and stay at Christian Health
Care Center.”
