'Visitor from North Pole' to Headline Franklin Lakes Tree Lighting

Entertainment, refreshments, and photos with Santa are all part of the annual event.

Franklin Lakes Mayor Frank Bivona, members of the Franklin Lakes Borough Council, and a "special visitor from the North Pole" will all be at the borough's annual Holiday Tree Lighting, happening this year on Wednesday, Dec. 4 at 7 p.m.

The event, happening at the tree between the Borough Hall and the Library on DeKorte Drive, is hosted by the Franklin Lakes Public Library and the Public Events Committee.

It's set to include students from FAMS Chorus singing at the lighting, and entertainment, refreshments, and a special personal visit and photo opportunity with the man in red himself at the library after the lighting.
