MELT METHOD INTRO WORKSHOP--Pain Relief/Improved Flex without Meds!

You feel like you've just had a deep tissue massage after MELT class and you come away with easy-to-do techniques you can do on your own at home in between classes.   
This is a 90 minute  Intro Workshop. All ages/fitness levels welcome.  Wear comfortable clothing, bare feet or thin socks.  Bring yoga mat and bottle of water.  While it is best that you are able to get on yoga mat on the floor, Parts of this class may be done sitting.
MELT supplies provided for class, available for purchase afterwards if you
