LEARN ABOUT THE BENEFITS OF LIVING GLUTEN-FREE AT AUXILIARY MEETING

Danielle Cinnante, MS, CHES, Health Educator from The Valley Hospital will be speaking on the benefits of a gluten-free diet at the March meeting of the Franklin Lakes Branch of The Valley Hospital.  For some people, eating gluten-free is a way of life due to celiac disease, gluten intolerance, and/or wheat allergy.  For others, it is a choice to help manage health conditions.  Ms. Cinnante has worked as a health educator with the Valley Hospital for two years, creating programs and presenting lectures to members of the community.  Her interests include encouraging healthy eating habits and lifestyles, promoting overall mindful living, and working to better the health status of our community.   Refreshments will include gluten-free goodies.  If you would like to become a member of the Franklin Lakes Branch of The Valley Hospital Auxiliary, please contact June Linz at 201 396-9711 (junel1369@livecom) or join us at this meeting.  The entire community is invited.
