FREE CPR CLASSES

On July 28th HealthSav will be doing FREE Hands Only CPR classes at Provident Bank Park at that evening's Boulders game. 
Starting at 4PM when the gates open there will be FREE one on one training which will only take minutes where anyone of any age can learn and practice the AHA protocol known as Hands Only CPR. 
Throughout the game AHA instructors will be available to take you through the quick process that can have anyone ready to help save a person who is unresponsive and not breathing. People will get their hands on practice on real CPR manikins and in a few minutes be able to back to watching the game or whatever activity they were involved in. 
This is a tremendous opportunity provided by the Rockland Boulders and HealthSav to introduce (or update) people on simple life saving techniques.
