Start with light stretches with a Franklin Lakes Recreation Fitness Trainer followed by hikes along the newly-groomed trail of the 147 acre Franklin Lakes Nature Preserve (entrance on High Mountain Road, North Haledon).
Enjoy the abundance of fall foliage and bird watching. Bring family, friends and your camera to capture breathtaking views.
