Community Corner

27th Annual Art Show and Sale at the Louis Bay 2nd Library and Community Center

This free-to-the-public event showcases the work of fine artists and crafts people from communities across North Jersey, and features children’s programming, the Friends of the Library’s annual bake sale, face painting and live jazz and classical music by Christopher Bizzarro of MixxTape. In the event of rain, the show will be held indoors.

The show includes professional, non-professional and youth exhibits in a broad range of media including acrylic, charcoal, hand-crafted jewelry, mixed media, oil, pastel, pen and ink, pencil, photography and watercolor. Ribbons are awarded in 14 categories at the conclusion of the show.

The Art Show is funded in part by the Passaic County Cultural and Heritage Council at Passaic Community College, through a grant from the New Jersey State Council on the Arts /Department of State, a Partner Agency of the National Endowment for the Arts.
