Wyckoff Green Team Showcases School Programs

Wins for the program include more than $3,000 in grants

Check out the latest post from the Wyckoff Green Team:

Janice Reynen, Wyckoff’s Green Team School Coordinator, gave an inspirational presentation to the Board of Ed showcasing programs that the Green Team has implemented in the Wyckoff elementary schools in that past 7 months under her guidance.  Highlights included: receiving 5 grants totaling over $3,400, expanding the recycling program to incorporate plastics up to #7, removing Styrofoam from the hot lunches program at all schools, weekly “Green Scenes” included in the Friday E-blasts, classroom recycling pledges, and custom stickers for existing containers.  The Wyckoff Green Team truly thanks the Board of Ed for their support in making Wyckoff’s children responsible aware members of our community.
