At the Y: Getting a Handle on ADHD

Upcoming program will attempt to help parents better understand ADHD

Children with attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder have trouble concentrating, controlling their behavior, planning ahead, or sitting still for more than a few minutes.

Children can learn to adapt and live a productive life.

Dr. Lisa Nalven Neurodevelopmental Pediatrician at the Kireker Center for Child Development of the Valley Hospital will discuss diagnosis and treatment, as well as home, school, and social issues your child may face.
