Melanie Scarpati Earns Two Real Estate Designations

WYCKOFF, NJ (Nov. 8, 2013) – Hal Maxwell, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New Jersey and Rockland County, N.Y., is pleased to announce that Ringwood resident Melanie Scarpati, a sales associate affiliated with the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage regional office in Wyckoff/Franklin Lakes, has been awarded the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABRâ) designation by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC) and the Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) designation by the National Association of Realtors (NAR®).

To obtain the ABRâ designation, Scarpati successfully completed a comprehensive course in buyer representation and an elective course focusing on a buyer representation specialty, both in addition to submitting documentation verifying professional experience.
