Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Hosts Social Media Seminar In Wyckoff
The approximately two-hour seminar was attended by 225 sales associates affiliated with northern New Jersey and Rockland County, New York offices of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. Lindsay Listanski, manager of social media for Coldwell Banker Real Estate, LLC, instructed agents on the latest methods of effectively implementing social media such as Facebook and Twitter into their marketing strategies. Jimmy Rose, a trainer with the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Education and Success Builder Team, spoke on the importance of online video and using the application Videolicious to attractively highlight homes for sale. Maryanne Elsaesser, a sales associate with the company’s Wyckoff/Franklin Lakes office, assisted in a demonstration of Videolicious.
