Ribbon Cutting: When Two Realty Offices Combine

Coldwell Banker has combined its Wyckoff and Franklin Lakes offices into one 6,700 square foot facility.

The once separated Wyckoff and Franklin Lakes offices of Coldwell Banker are now one, and local officials and realtors gathered Tuesday to celebrate the grand opening of a new, combined facility.

According to a release from Coldwell Banker, the new location is on 360 Franklin Lakes Ave. in Wyckoff, and will house about 100 local realtors.

The new location, which is just a few doors down from the former Wyckoff office, is large - 6,700 square feet on three floors.

“Combining the full sales force of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s established presence in Wyckoff and Franklin Lakes made perfect sense and situates us conveniently and directly accessible to all the markets we serve,” Branch Vice President Darlene Bandazian said in the release.

In additional to regional and state Coldwell Banker representatives, government officials like Wyckoff Mayor Rudolf Boonstra, Franklin Lakes Mayor Frank Bivona, Franklin Lakes Councilman Joseph Kelly, and Robert Pettet, district director from the office of U.S. Congressman Scott Garrett, attended the event.
