FLOW Commissions Hosting Green Film Festival

Four weeks of environmental films will be followed by panel discussions.

The Franklin Lakes, Oakland, and Wyckoff Environmental Commissions will be hosting a "Green Film Festival" next month, the borough of Franklin Lakes announced in an e-blast to residents last week.

On May 1, 8, 22, and 29, the Commissions will host film screenings at the Wyckoff Public Library. According to the alert, film topics range from the effects of plastic on the environment to the concept of progress in our modern world.

Panel discussions will follow each of the films. Admission is free, and refreshments will be served.
