Tutoring for SAT, SAT subject tests, math, and more!

Are you looking for a tutor who can help your child achieve his or her best scores on the SAT or better understand the material he or she is learning in school? I recently graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Middlebury College with a B.A. in Theatre and minors in Mathematics and French, and I am tutoring while pursuing my goal of becoming a professional actor.

I am a Wyckoff native, and I graduated Ramapo as valedictorian in 2009. In high school, I scored in the 99th percentile on the SAT, achieved a perfect score of 800 on the Math Level 2 SAT subject test, and earned a National Merit Scholarship. I also achieved the distinction of National AP Scholar by scoring a perfect 5 on each of my nine AP exams.

I have helped students with widely varying skill sets improve their scores on all three sections of the SAT. I also have experience tutoring for select SAT subject tests and am a skilled instructor for mathematics courses ranging from sixth grade to calculus. I teach with an engaging, personable style, and I share my expertise in time management and organization to help students achieve their goals. I love the feeling of conquering difficult test problems, and I am passionate about guiding my students towards that same sense of satisfaction.
