Christian Health Care Center Celebrates Memorial Day by Recognizing its Veterans

Christian Health Care Center (CHCC) proudly honors its residents, patients, clients, and consumers, as well as all those who have served in the Armed Forces, on this upcoming Memorial Day at the 2014 Wyckoff Memorial Day Parade. Many of CHCC’s residents, patients, clients, and consumers are veterans who have served our country in various capacities.

Mary Bratkovich, a Wyckoff resident and a client at Christian Health Care Adult Day Services of Wyckoff, was recently honored at a program, “Celebrating the Women of WWII,” sponsored by the League of Women Voters and hosted by The Women’s Institute of Bergen Community College. This event was held at the county administration building in Hackensack. Mrs. Bratkovich served in the Army Air Corp. as First Lieutenant and was a registered nurse. Her notable selflessness and dedication to the United States was recognized at this event.

“We are honored to celebrate so many of our residents, patients, and clients who have proudly served our country,” said Douglas A. Struyk, CPA, LNHA, CHCC President and CEO. “Christian Health Care Center celebrates them this Memorial Day and every day. We are so grateful for their selfless dedication to our country, and are pleased to provide them with quality care at Christian Health Care Center.”
