Yoga with Melissa is held every Tuesday and Thursday at 9 a.m. at the Franklin Lakes Community Center, 1 Vischiconti Way. The class is free with a full membership or $10 for nonmenbers and members whose plan does not include classes.
The center is open Monday and Wednesday from 7 a.m to 6 p.m., Tuesday and Thursday 8:30 a.m. to 8 p.m., Friday 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to noon.

More About Franklin Lakes Recreation Center
The Franklin Lakes Recreation Center, under the Direction of John Ciurciu, offers programs and facilities for Franklin Lakes residents to exercise their minds and bodies. The center offers fitness classes such as zumba, yoga, aerobics and body blast, and has a well-equipped cardio and weight room with treadmills, cross trainers, Lifecycles, Nautilus machines and free weights. Seniors can also participate in a variety of classes including watercolor painting.

The town's Recreation and Parks Department offices are also located in the Rec Center building.
