If you suffer from Fibromyalgia, two blogs this week have tips for you. Wayne Patch blogger Chiropractor Joe Young discusses the causes of the mysterious illness and Franklin Lakes physician Betty Keller, MD, offered 12 Tips for Living with the disease.

Deborah Powell, Bergen County Historical Society, Past President, discusses the history of George Washington Mourning Art in Bergen County Historical Society. 

With Ash Wednesday next week, Rev. Allison Moore of The Church of The Good Shepherd in Fort Lee shared the Episcopal Church's plan to take ashes to the masses with "Ashes To Go" The church will be going to train stations, bus stations, busy intersections or other places people gather across Bergen County to offer ashes and a prayer.
