The art work pictured was created by residents of Hillcrest Residence at Christian Health Care Center (CHCC) in Wyckoff in the style of abstract impressionist American artist, Jackson Pollack, famous for his “drip” paintings. CHCC’s Activity Council developed the idea to have all the various programs at CHCC create these canvases, which will be displayed together as one large masterpiece in the Auditorium. Pictured, seated, from left, are Hillcrest residents Jeanette Knyfd, Eleanor Lodema, and Margaret Van Der Meer. Pictured, second row, from left, are Hillcrest residents Rosa Scordata and Cathie Van Houten; and Hillcrest Residence hairdresser Connie Cacciola. Pictured, third row, from left, are Andrea Mistretta, an artist from Waldwick who volunteered to help with the project; and Patricia Lombardi, ADC, Hillcrest Residence Activities Coordinator.
