Dr. Warsak to treat returning veterans from Afghanistan and Iraq for free

Dr. Robert Warsak, a chiropractor in Franklin Lakes is teaming up with Army OneSource, a US Army Community outreach program to raise awareness of the unique challenges of military life on our service members and to address the growing need for accessible healthcare services.

As part of its commitment, Dr. Warsak will treat returning veterans of the Afghanistan and Iraq wars for free for a minimum of 60 days.  Dr. Warsak is a member of the Association of New Jersey Chiropractors which made a commitment statewide by signing a Community Covenant during a special ceremony with military leaders at its recent spring convention.

The Community Covenant formally commits chiropractors of the Association to treating returning veterans of the Afghanistan and Iraq wars as part of the "Healing Hands 4 Heroes" program.  This program allows chiropractors to learn about the stresses and challenges of our service members as a result of multiple deployments.

"This is a program that I am very excited and very proud to be involved in" said Dr. Warsak. "By teaming up with Army OneSource, the US Army's community outreach program, we're going to be assisting veterans as they come back dealing with the everyday challenges and stresses of life."

Awesome. As Will Rogers would say, "We can't all be heroes because someone has to sit on the curb and clap as they go by." That's our responsibility as our vets return, and the best way to "clap" is mirrored in Dr. Warsak and the Association of New Jersey Chiropractors.
