Celebrating a Centenarian … Carrie Graf, a resident of Evergreen Court supportive-senior housing complex at Christian Health Care Center (CHCC) in Wyckoff, recently celebrated her 100^th birthday. She is the first resident in Evergreen Court’s nearly 17 years of independent living to become a centenarian. Ms. Graf manages her own apartment and enjoys cooking and baking. Several women from Ms. Graf’s church, the Netherlands Reformed Church, arranged a special party at Evergreen Court for all the residents to honor her in a special way.
