Wyckoff To Offer 'Aging Gracefully' Program

The Municipal Alliance and Board of Health are sponsoring the Wellness Initiative for Senior Education Program.

Healthcare is an important issue for most of us but for seniors its significance is even greater and Wyckoff is going to make sure its seniors are well informed.

The Wyckoff Municipal Alliance and the Wyckoff Board of Health have teamed up to sponsor a program entitled Wellness Initiative for Senior Education or “WISE.”

The program runs from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Wednesday, April 17, at the Monroe Conference room of the Wyckoff Free Public Library and includes lunch.

“We are excited to have an educational program targeted toward seniors and WISE is an excellent opportunity for seniors to learn about aging and the benefits that come with it,” said Wendy Coffey, chair of the Wyckoff Municipal Alliance.

The Wyckoff Municipal Alliance is an organization of the municipal government concerned with preventing substance abuse and encouraging residents to make healthy lifestyle choices.
