HealthBarn USA, a nutrition education company based in Wyckoff, made a presentation on its innovative nutrition curriculum at the recent conference of the national Farm-Based Education Association (FBEA) in Tarrytown, NY. The curriculum is of interest to educators and farmers because it teaches children ages 3-15 about the relationship between food, nutrition, sustainable agriculture, environmental sciences and animal stewardship. HealthBarn, which shares space with Abma's Farm in Wyckoff, offers its curriculum there and at the Speyer Legacy School in New York City.
