Heritage Manor Nursing Home at Christian Health Care Center (CHCC) in Wyckoff has again been recognized as a Five-Star Quality skilled-nursing facility by the federal government’s Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) for excellence in quality care. A facility’s rating is based on its performance in health inspections, nurse staffing, and medical care. Heritage Manor is one of five long-term care facilities in Bergen County to receive this excellent rating. Because of the Five-Star rating, CHCC is also recognized by US News & World Report as one of the best nursing homes in America.
